Absinthe

Absinthe Scented Glycerin, and Cocoa Butter Soap

Absinthe liquors were once thought to be addictive, but this is not the case. Since 2007, Absinthe has been available again in the US. Now, while the liquor may not be addictive, this soap may be. This fragrance is designed to smell like Absinthe tastes: a blend of star anise, fennel, spicy cinnamon cassia, nutmeg, melissa, fresh green herbal notes, and base notes of amber, and woods. Thank goodness for the perfumer’s art.

This soap is cast in Viridian Green Mica shimmered Glycerin, and embedded with multicolored chunks of pigment striped Shea Butter. No boredom here. It lathers nicely, and is kind to your skin. As always, all my ingredients are FDC approved for person soap, and are tested on husband, friends, and family. I use fragrance oils, rather than essential oils b/c they are less irritating to many people. I use stable pigments for coloring. The listing is for one 4.5 to 5 oz bar. Nice and big.
